SBA Customer Finalist in "National Customer Service Awards"

The leading supplier of Commercial Laundry Equipment, JLA, has been recognised by the National Customer Service Awards as one of four Finalists this year for the new "Customer Service Award for Field Service Management" category, "An Award that recognises exceptional customer service consistently delivered in a field service environment".

JLA are a customer of SBA. SBA Managing Director Steve Burrows is IT Director of JLA and an authority on Field Service Management systems; he says "I am particularly delighted that JLA has been shortlisted for this award.
