SBA Customer Wins "National Customer Service Awards"

 National Customer Service Awards Winners 2008

The leading supplier of Commercial Laundry Equipment, JLA, has won the "Customer Service Award for Field Service Management" in the National Customer Service Awards, beating household name finalists Fujitsu and Royal Bank of Scotland amongst others.

SBA's Steve Burrows is also IT Director of JLA and an authority on Field Service Management systems; he says "This is a fantastic win for JLA. We have made extensive investment in systems and technologies to ensure that JLA is able to provide the highest quality of Field Service in its industry, and it is very gratifying to see that investment bear fruit.
